Is this a free or for-profit zine?
This is a free zine.

What characters are allowed?
All the characters that show up in the original Madoka anime + Rebellion are definitely allowed, but the interest check will determine if some of the spin-off characters will also be allowed.

Are ships allowed?
Sure, as long as the drawings and writing remain SFW.

May minors apply?
Yes, provided they have discord, as that will be the main channel of communication.

What exactly does the theme mean?
By "in a magical way", we want all of the drawings to include a touch of magic, not to just have the characters in their casual outfits in daily life! You can add magical elements even to the drawings of the side characters -- after all, the drawings don't have to be exact canon. There are no hard and fast rules, and if you have more specific questions related to that, you can ask it on our CuriousCat.
